A. Use the Identify Tool. First, make sure Towns is turned on (box is checked) and that it is active (round radiobutton is selected). Click the Identify button. Click inside the town of interest. The town name will be shown at the bottom of your screen.

A. We tested the interactive map on Macintosh using Safari and Mozilla Firefox and it worked. A user reported trouble when the map was viewed using Internet Explorer on a Macintosh. The following error was returned "Internet Explorer not supported on the Macintosh." If you are a Mac user, try a different free browser, such as Firefox for Mac OS.
A. We customized a commercially-available software called ArcIMS and the only solution we have seen is to automatically hide the toolbar when the Interactive Map page is opened. If we find some time and money, we will try to implement this feature. In the meantime, avoid the back button.
